1. The major difference between a PSA and a commercials is that PSA use lot of voice to describe while commercials use picture to describe.
2. The first thing that make a commercial memorable is you need funny events, good background and exaggerating a bit.
3. I think you have to have background music, describe the product and use adjective to describe it better to make the people be easily to convince.

The BBC news have clear title and people know what the website is talking about while the dehydrated water isn't clear who wrote. BBC news is popular most of the world and it tell news like the title that it had. BBC also answer many question and news in the website I login. BBC always have their information up-dated everyday. BBC give more than one point of views. BBC have many other links to other website if we want more of the information we are looking. While the dehydrated water is different.

1. Put quote for a whole sentence
2. Ignore all the common word like "and" or "the"
3. Put plus for the thing you include and subtract for the things you don't want
4. Be specific of what you said.
