1. The major difference between a PSA and a commercials is that PSA use lot of voice to describe while commercials use picture to describe.
2. The first thing that make a commercial memorable is you need funny events, good background and exaggerating a bit.
3. I think you have to have background music, describe the product and use adjective to describe it better to make the people be easily to convince.
